The Client authorizes NOS the right to publish and utilize any data, files, or graphic logos that the Client provides while keeping all copyrights therein. Any data or files that are protected by a third party’s copyright must be used with the client’s consent and within the bounds of those rights. The Client is further responsible for obtaining NOS permission and rights for the use of the same. By signing a contract for website design and/or placement, the client is promising NOS that they have secured the necessary authorizations. Evidence of authorizations and powers could be requested.
NOS present its refund policy that is applied to all its design and development service.
The refund policy of NOS shall be void under the following circumstances:
Note: NOS reserves all the rights to reject or cancel any project at any time. Additionally, following the reimbursement, NOS will own all designs and the client will have no rights to use them for any other reason.
The refund policy in no circumstances applies to services that are unrelated to design or development. Any package or bundle that Creative Shark offers may include custom services; however, the fees for such services are refundable. These are some examples of such services:

In the event that a client is dissatisfied with any of the aforementioned services that are not covered by our refund policy, NOS will assess the situation, evaluate the project, and then decide whether to accept it or reject it entirely.
A confirmation email for the order will also be sent to the specified account on the day the project began, and NOS will upload the entire file and design to the client-provided account. Although the turnaround time varies depending on the package chosen by the customer, the NOS team requires a minimum of 2 business days. All modification and refund procedures are dependent on the date and time of the design order and are delivered to the client-provided account. Websites won’t go online until all fees have been paid. Under no circumstances would NOS launch the website if the payment is unclear. NOS builds and tests the websites/applications on our own servers or hosted domains. The website/application will be transferred-off to the nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues.

At the bottom of the client’s website, there will be a small image or small type connection to NOS. If a visual is used, it will be created to blend in with the layout of the website as a whole. Additionally, the client acknowledges that the website that was created for them may be included in NOS portfolio.

NOS is not responsible for the customer’s installation of the aforementioned services or for providing in-depth training for them.
The full burden of responsibility rests with the client; NOS will not be held liable or responsible in any manner if the user fails to implement, install, or learn how to use the aforementioned services.
